Been nearly a year now since order was placed nothing arrived was fed load of bullsit lies order was then cancelled but no money returned to me and now complete silence DO NOT USE ABSOLUTE SCAM !!!

Never use them anymore. The stuff is half decent if it comes. The big issue is they are most likely drop shipping from China as items can take weeks months or even never arrive.

Still waiting for my order from last March. Nearly the anniversary for my order... nothing but lies from the start

Goods ordered but no delivery after 5 weeks of waiting. Thankfully I chose Klarna so they haven’t been paid. Xplosive Ape do not respond to emails or the WhatsApp number. Such a shame as the clothing is well designed, affordable and in larger sizes. They could have had a good business presumably instead of ripping everyone off. I never check Trustpilot for clothing brands but you bet I will moving forward. Now the search for gym T-shirts in 5xl continues…

Order placed but no goods, like many they take your money and that's it. Emails and messaged sent but no replies other than auto response.
Like most advise, do not use them. Have now gone through Klarna so hopefully will get the money back.

Do not buy from this company, purchased on order before the end of November took my money no order arrived, sent countless WhatsApp messages, emailed them so many times on one reply’s, my son had the same issue a few months before I did they are a very unreliable company and take people money and just don’t send goods out

Stay Away!!! Ordered beginning of December, took payment, or should I say pinched my money, lost count of e mails and wattsapp calls and messages iv sent all with no reply, payed through Klara so opened a case with them, failing that I will use a small claims court, I won't let them win, bunch of cowboys, see you soon Boys

Xplosive ape are nothing but thieving scum i am owed a refund from Feb2022 but they dont reply to any messages so potentially they have stolen from me. stay away from them nothing but deceit and lies.

If you have ordered and not heard back then contact Klarna directly and they can refund your money. It took over a month but it was worth it.

Ordered through Klarna but paid in one go as the option wasn't available to do so anymore. Ordered 8th December. Sent an email Monday this week to enquire about turn around on my items no response. Sent a WhatsApp today no response. Order from them in the past with no issues but not just feels like I've been conned!

Ordered 18th Feb 2022. Still not received order despite being told several times it was dispatched. Refusing to refund me as it’s a “shopify” issue, though they have not once explained the issue. I have offered resolution and written a court summons. Still no refund.

Wish you could leave 0 star reviews because it’s what this company deserves. Order placed mid October in which it stated it would be sent out after 2-3 working days. That timescale passed still with no sign of delivery or receiving anything. Since then I have emailed 3 times, messaged on Facebook twice, even instagram, WhatsApp 3 times and tried to ring through multiple times - not had one single reply

Theyre happy to take your money but they do not provide the goods.
Don't risk buying from them, you will not get your items.
Luckily I'd paid through clear pay so I raised a dispute and got my money back through them.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. When I first messaged about the order they got back to me straight away "problem at the printing shop" and since then, I've sent 6 emails, 6 WhatsApp messages. Nothing. Absolutely shocking company, do not use!!!!

Yep 1 star only because I can't give 0. My order was only for £42 but I'm sure others have spent 100s and received nothing. WhatsApped messaged email no reply haven't even opened the message. I'm not hopeful of getting anything back. Absolutely disgusting! Avoid at all costs
